We are absolutely convinced that as soon as you place a ball or any other piece of sports equipment between two strangers, something magical will happen. A sense of community. A unit.

Sport itself has a tremendous ability to bring people out of unhealthy habits, relationships and environments. But we also recognize that such circumstances and life cycles can be difficult to break alone. Therefore, we want to establish mentoring relationships between the individual athletes in the project and reliable volunteers in the local towns. However, the volunteer mentor’s task is not to act as a professional therapist in the young person’s life. Instead, the task is simply to make yourself available with love, patience, tolerance and trust, so that the young person can experience an encouraging, bright and promising change of direction in
life.

Our organization operates from a Christian perspective, which is built on loving one’s neighbor and the belief that every person has equal and infinite value – regardless of gender , physical abilities , social status and religious background .
